- Demonstrate strong competencies in collaboration, attention to detail, and time management
- An ability to tell stories with data
- Experience in data visualization tools including Tableau
- Experience and interest building prototypes and/or products
- Experience working as part of an agile team
- Familiarity with RBC businesses, sales, operations, technology and data ecosystem will be an asset
